Ponos Sandžaka i Amerike – IFBB prvak Sadik Hadžović

Sadik Hadžović je profesionalni IFBB natjecatelj Classic Physiquea. Visok je 180 cm i ima u prosjeku 86 kilograma. Danas se može pohvaliti s četiri titule IFBB Men’s physique prvaka.

U petoj godini života, Sadik iz rodnog Sandžaka seli u SAD. Odricanje i težak rad roditelja motivirali su ga u njegovom razvitku.

Kao dijete je idolizirao snažne junake iz stripova. S vremenom se u njemu stvorila želja za dostizanjem vrhunske tjelesne forme. Dosadio mu je njegov izgled i donio je veliku životnu odluku – početi ozbiljno trenirati.

“Moja vizija je postala stvarnost i na kraju vrlo zdrav hobi”, izjavio je.

Uz naporne treninge stekao je samopouzdanje potrebno da bude uspješan u svim područjima života. Tako je Sadik postao top model u fitness industriji.

Sadik se natjecao 12 puta, nakon što je postao profesionalac 2012. godine. Nikada nije završio niže od četvrtog mjesta u bilo kojoj vrsti natjecanja. Čak četiri puta na Mr. Olimpiji završio je među top četiri natjecatelja.

Na zadnjem natjecanju, u rujnu 2016. godine u svojoj Classic Physique kategoriji na Mr. Olympiji osvojio je 3. mjesto.

Vježbačka rutina

Sadikova rutina je uvijek uključivala dizanje teških utega uz velik broj ponavljanja. Na taj način je izgradio impresivne mišiće, ali i uz dosljednost. Naime, Sadik vježba svaki dan u tjednu.

Ponedjeljkom radi vježbe za leđa, utorkom za prsa, a u srijedu izvodi kardio trening. Četvrtkom se fokusira na noge, petkom na ruke. Vikendom radi vježbe za trbušne mišiće i ramena.

It’s important to exercise regularly. Some of you reading this will say “well I just simply cant find the time between the long hours I have been working, all the school work I am behind on, Madden NFL for Xbox, and thirsty Thursdays at the local bar/pub with people. You can make the time. For many years I had to make the time working two jobs and still managed to exercise regularly. It could be something as simple as running around the block, or having a push up contest with my little nephew or a full-blown 60 minute all body workout at the gym. I am not asking everyone out there to train every single day but at least put the Xbox down and exercise for a few hours a week. . **Top 4 reasons you should be working out** . 1.Exercise improves your mood. When you exercise you look good, when you look good you feel good, when you feel good you do good! . 2. Achieve better sleep. Exercise helps to balance your daily bio-rhythms and hormonal activity. If you exercise regularly you will allow your body to fall asleep deeper and faster. . 3. Exercise speeds up your metabolism. Ok you already knew that huh? you will burn more calories exercising then you will by watching dancing with the stars this season. Not only will you be burning fat while exercising but you will permanently boost your metabolism because you are building muscles you’ve never had which in correlation increases your metabolic rate. Win-win situation. . 4. Exercise increases energy levels. Are you moping around the office like a zombie? Just a few minutes a day of exercising can boost your energy levels. Studies have shown that there is a direct and positive correlation between regular exercise and increased sustained levels of energy. . Moral of the story. Prehrana

Na jelovniku Sadik nastoji imati što više proteina i masti. Ugljikohidrate konzumira u svoja prva tri obroka, prije treninga. Nakon treninga ih izbjegava i povećava masti.
